Highlighted Activity: NPAF Advocacy Lead, Kathryn Tucker, is involved in litigation in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, following the filing of a psilocybin rescheduling petition with the DEA.Broader Impact: Success in this litigation could pave the way for expanded access to Psychedelic-Assisted Care, as positive awareness and reception of psilocybin’s benefits could spread among voters, lawmakers, and regulators.
Accessibility
We ensure that providers can offer Psychedelic-Assisted Care without the fear of losing their medical or center licenses.
Legal & Regulatory Guidance: We provide resources for navigating the complexities in the legal and regulatory landscapes governing of Psychedelic-Assisted Care.

Equity Initiative: We extend service center ‘grants’ using sliding scale systems to enact universal affordability based on what individuals can pay.
About the NPAF
The NPAF is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to educating and supporting those providing Psychedelic-Assisted Care. Our mission is to guide providers through the opportunities, risks, and legal complexities inherent in the field. We focus on three core pillars: Accessibility, Affordability, and Availability.
Tax-Exempt Status
The NPAF is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the NPAF are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Activities and Programs
We engage in a range of activities and programs to achieve our mission, including legal and regulatory guidance, financial empowerment and support, and community engagement. We collaborate with research institutions, policymakers, and the community to advocate for evidence-based policies and practices in Psychedelic-Assisted Care.

We do not offer, sell, or directly participate in the supply chains of any substances, nor do we facilitate any activities that are not in strict compliance with all applicable laws.
